The UK Short Term Accommodation Association (UK STAA) is the national voice of the UK’s Short Term Rental sector. We represent hosts, property managers, operators, and industry partners, championing fair regulation, responsible growth, and a thriving visitor economy.
Short Term Rentals (STR) are now a core part of the UK’s tourism infrastructure. As the only not-for-profit event dedicated to the STR industry, the Short Stay Summit exists to support sustainable sector growth, provide practical education and guidance, and create meaningful opportunities for stakeholders to expand their networks, share best practice, and celebrate the strength and resilience of the industry.
We work each year to deliver an event that reflects our values and supports responsible industry practice.
The Short Stay Summit has been independently assessed by QIA Services and accredited at the Green Level under their Responsible Ethical Sustainable (REST) framework for events.
