The UK Short Term Accommodation Association (STAA) in partnership with the European Holiday Home Association ( EHHA) are pleased to deliver this leading business Conference & Exhibition for short-term rental property Managers and Owners.

The Short Stay Summit is the only non for profit event for the STR industry and this means that value and education can be a the centre stage of our decision making.

Sustainability:

The STAA and Short Stay Summit team work hard each year to make sure where possible we can run an event that is sustainable.

The Short Stay Summit event as been independently assessed by QIA Services and accredited with their green level Responsible Ethical Sustainable (REST) accreditation for events.

This year we have switched over to all exhibitor and sponsors stands being supplied directly by 2 suppliers, using 100% reusable and recyclable products.

Insite Graphics – Branding, signage and stand provider update –

Having achieved their 2022 target zero mission (zero to landfill) they are now carbon neutral and are continuing to audit and offset their emissions with our Net Zero target firmly in sight.

An integral part of Insite Graphics business is their commitment to the worldwide sustainability standard ISO 14001, an annual review which they have successfully achieved since 2019.  Insite are also the first ESSA Accredited company to have been awarded the ESSA Sustainability Tier 5 Accreditation, the very pinnacle of sustainability achievement representing extraordinary results in every aspect of sustainable practice.

Our name badges and lanyards are made from recycled material. For event security purposes we use name badges and lanyards. So making sure we use products that are sustainable is always a leading choice.

Local and independent suppliers to our event is an important choice as a team which we will always choose when possible.

We have a zero waste policy for exhibitors and sponsors, and advise that QR codes are used to pass information rather than printed goods where possible.
